Rental Options & Fees
Disclosure
All areas have a deposit fee due upon booking. Deposit will be refunded if Cleaning is completed according to contract. Any damages or missing items will be deducted from deposit. If cost goes over deposit amount renter is responsible to cover balance as per contract. All blocks begin at possession and end at closing. Keep that in mind when you book your event. Include set up and breakdown time.
VFW Members have a discounted fee for all areas. Please contact Rental Officer for fees and availability.

Main Hall
8 hours = $1200.00
Includes Kitchen (no utensils or cookware), ice machine, chairs and tables,
sound system (blue-tooth and mics) 84" monitor.
Security Deposit = $850.00
Cleaning Fee = $425.00

8 hours = $800.00 with lights
24 Hours = $1750 with lights
Cleaning fee $400/$1000
Security Deposit $1000
Use of Arena requires Port a potties at renters own cost.
