PRICING: • 4-hour rental: $300 • 24-hour with lights: $1,750 (book separately) • Cleaning fee: $400/$1,000 • Security deposit: $550/$1,000 IMPORTANT: • No lights: rental must end by dusk • Porta potties required at renter's expense
